Level 2 – Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Level 3 – Specialist Support Coordination
Specialist Support Coordination is designed for participants with highly complex needs or significant barriers to accessing and maintaining supports. It requires advanced knowledge and a more intensive approach to ensure stability and effective service delivery.
